The Latin Kings, The School Click, Next thing you know the Strongest Street gang in Los Santos.
Cesar And Nick were Growing up in the Projects of Los Santos. Their Parents, Both Los Aztecs. They slowly started to pick up their Parents Skill and Attitude. They were heading into Los Santos when they ran into Carlos Hernandez, A New Street Gang Member of Los Santos. Carlos was erratic, looking for some help, The Crips were after him. Cesar and Nick, Knew they could do something, They had the strength and skill to help Carlos.
 
*The Next Day*
Cesar and Nick met up with Carlos the Next Day to Plan out the Attack. The Plan was to do a Drive-By on the Crips. They Set out looking for a Car, when they ran into the group of Crips. They Thought they didn't have a chance. Carlos was their Target, And he was Behind Cesar and Nick. Both of the Teens Grabbed Their Glocks and Cocked them, Ready For a Shootout to Spark. The Crips Went for Their Guns, Cesar and Nick Had the Shots, And Took them. Shots rang out throughout San Fierro. All 3 Men Looked at the ground, Glocks in Hand, Proud of what the just took out. They Took out 5 Crips, They Knew they had the strength and power to go the extra mile, and make their own gang.
 
*Weeks Passed*
Carlos, Nick, And Cesar all Together in their own little gang, Until Carlos came up with the Idea to Rep a Color, He was thinking Yellow, as it was the color of the Crips Blood when they got shot down. Cesar and Nick had that same Idea, but the colors were different. The Three, now men, set out looking for the right set for themselves, as they didn't think they had the strength, money, or will to make their own set. It was hard finding the right set, and color that could fit them. Carlos's Idea still in the back of their mind.

*The Plan*

Cesar Ordered a group meeting at his house in San Fierro.
Carlos, Nick, And Cesar all sat down around the Coffee table, Playing a little Black Jack before the Ideas were set into place.

*Ten Rounds Later..*

Cesar finally Broke the Game Silence with the idea Carlos had before. They were going to set their set into action and put themselves to the test. The Idea Shocked Nick. The decision was put to a vote of three.

*The Vote*
Everyone was to vote, and only once, on the Set, The Color, And the Strongest Leaders for the job. They All Had ten Minutes to setup with the Vote. They all went into a separate room, where Cesar's Brother, George was waiting inside, counting the votes. This all came down to one moment.. The Final decision......
Carlos and Nick..Waiting for the final count.. George came out of the room, the oddest look on his face, when he announced...It was a tie between Nick and Carlos, Due to George Voting.. Carlos, Nick, George, and Cesar had all agreed to appoint Nick, and Cesar as the new Leaders of the Set.

*The Set Information Decision*
Both Nick, and Cesar, both leaders, had to think of the name, and color of the set.. Both Nick and Cesar had agreed on the Color Yellow.. But the name was a struggle... They had the strength, the money, and the popularity.. King came to their mind, as George is Latin, They added it together to make.. Latin Kings..

*The Set to take Control*
Every new Latin King Member had in their mind to take over Los Santos, San Fierro, and Los Venturas. Their New goal was to become the strongest, richest Street gang in San Fierro. Their Plan was set in stone, and already in action by the time they turned 25.

Outsider: You Made it to the Set, Not yet Fully worthy of our Yellow Flag, I want to see some work from you, In Order to become worthy you need to prove to us that you really want it.
