And When i Was AT VIP  HE DID THIS! {{ At 50 Metrs Of VIP IS OOC }} And i /report him as a NOOB RPer Not Releasing his name! And He Just did Non Rp , Non Rp Driving , NOT RPING! He was a Noob NOT A HITMAN!
